Viappiani installed a new Heidelberg printing machine

Viappiani Printing is since more than 13 years member of the Austrian group CTI and stands out in Italy and in Europe for the production of in-mould labels.
In May 2022 a new Heidelberg printing machine has been added to the fleet of the Italian label printer. In addition to the 6, 7 and 8 colour presses, Viappiani installed the new Heidelberg Speedmaster XL106-6+LYYY.

This last generation production line promises improved performances in terms of printing quality and drying, it hones the user interface and automated tasks and also broadens the portfolio of printable materials.

The investment is part of a business plan for a constant growth of the company which over the last years significantly increased both turnover and profit despite the pandemic and the raw material crisis.

The increased production capacity will bring new breath to Viappiani’s production for a gradual normalisation of the leadtimes. But Viappiani looks far ahead. There are other investments for the finishing department on the horizon confirming the taking of the road and underlining a renewed will to grow.
